Reston, VA October 19, 2007 — Just in time for the college football season, Envirian Greater Knoxville Homes kicked open the doors to its new offices by hosting a Grand Opening featuring a live radio remote cast by one of the largest sports talk stations in the area, local guest celebrities and a drawing for two tickets to the University of Tennessee's (UT) homecoming game.

"Our new office location has incredible visibility on one of the main thoroughfares in Knoxville. This in itself helped to make our recent grand opening a huge success," said Brantley M. Ferrell, Broker for the Greater Knoxville Fine Homes Franchise.

According to Ferrell, the Greater Knoxville Fine Homes grand opening attracted a large turnout of people comprised of potential clients, networking partners and local celebrities. "The live remote by 99.1 FM really helped draw in the crowd as did hot dogs and hamburgers grilled on-site by one of our local exterminator firms," he said.

Ferrell said the company currently has eight agents in place and expects another three to join in the coming few weeks. Expectations are for the office to carry as many as 20 agents within the first 6 to 8 months.
